This is effective practice for discussion of individuals. I have to think about the advice discouraging the use of the term "fascism." The popular Signs of Fascism list 14-18 different markers of how our government is veering away from democracy, and those markers of an institutional system are comparable to observed behaviors of an individual. The World War II victories were against fascism. Today we are seeing accelerating loss of democratic rights to self determination, whether you call it fascism, authoritarianism, autocracy, kleptocracy, dictatorship, etc. and to your point, the messaging needs to be relatable to the public at large.
